      For a hot infusion,

      • Use 3g (about one teaspoon) for 30cl of water, infuse in (ideally filtered) water preheated to 90°C for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Infuse 3g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Leave to infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      This infusion can be enjoyed hot, for a comforting moment, or cold with ice cubes for a refreshing summer drink. To enhance the taste, you can add a slice of lemon or a drizzle of honey, but it is just as delicious plain, revealing its subtle and fruity aromas.

      Precautions for use:

      It is important to note that red vine leaves are not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as for people undergoing anticoagulant medication (such as warfarin) or antiplatelet medication (such as aspirin). If you are on this type of treatment, we recommend consulting your doctor before consuming this infusion.
