Thé noir, quels sont ses bienfaits pour la santé ?

Le thé noir offre de nombreux bienfaits à l’organisme. Digestion, élimination des graisses, antioxydants, stimulation de la mémoire, … les avantages sont nombreux.

Un soutien du système cardio-vasculaire : le thé noir, riche en flavonoïdes, réduit les risques de développer des maladies cardiovaculaires. En régulant le cholestérol et la tension artérielle.

Anti-stress naturel : vous êtes souvent stressé, angoissé ? La L-théine, présente dans le thé noir, favorise la relaxation, ce qui induit un effet positif sur le stress.

Une meilleure digestion : Enfin, une tasse de thé noir, riche en tanins et en acides aminés, permet de soutenir la digestion et de réduire les ballonnements après un repas trop copieux.

An organic black tea, a responsible vision

All Ascenbio teas, as well as infusions and herbal teas, are certified organic and natural. But our eco-responsible vision doesn't stop there. We believe that together, we can make a difference! So, we have implemented an entire, more ethical production chain, to minimize the impact of our products on nature.

For this reason, all our packaging bags are made from non-GMO corn starch. In addition to the bags, we also offer an elegant metal tin, available in our gift sets or for gift-giving.

How is black tea made?

The black tea manufacturing process involves several steps.

Step 1: Withering

The tea leaves are picked, placed on a tray, and agitated to reduce their moisture content.

Step 2: Rolling

The leaves are rolled, either by hand or with a rotovator. Hand-rolling preserves the whole leaves and produces high-quality tea. With a machine, the leaves break and release more enzymes.

Step 3: Oxidation

After rolling, the leaves are placed in a warm, humid room to oxidize. Oxidation determines the tea's color and flavor. Green tea is lightly oxidized, while black tea refers to fully oxidized leaves.

Step 4: Drying

The leaves are dried in an oven at 90 degrees C to stop the oxidation process.
