    • Tasting advice and information

      Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      Take 3g (equivalent to one teaspoon) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to between 70°C and 90°C for approximately 4 minutes. (For precise temperature, refer to individual tea instructions).

      Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      Also infuse 3g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      Infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.
