    • Preparation

      Presented in bulk, this infusion consists of organic cut cinnamon bark, ready to be steeped in simmering water to release all its aromas and benefits. Our cinnamon is included in many of our flavored tea and herbal tea recipes.

      For a hot infusion,

      • Use 3g (equivalent to one teaspoon) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Infuse 3g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      Ceylon cinnamon sticks can be used in various ways, both in cooking and baking.

      > An aromatic for your herbal teas:
      You can use our organic Ceylon cinnamon in infusions and teas. Steep the cinnamon in hot water before adding your infusion or tea.
      Please note, while cinnamon can be consumed all day long with an infusion, it's best to limit tea consumption in the evening due to the presence of theine.

      > Cinnamon in your desserts:
      Cinnamon is a widely used ingredient in baking. Whether for making classic cinnamon rolls, canelés, or other sweet preparations, cinnamon is a must-have. You can use it ground, in powder form, or in stick form, to steep directly in milk or cream.

      > Cinnamon in your dishes:
