      Classic Infusion:

      • Dosage: Use one tablespoon of dried leaves and flowers for 250 ml of simmering water.
      • Infusion time: Steep for 5 to 10 minutes at a temperature of 90°C to preserve its active ingredients.
      • Ideal time: Drink a cup after meals to relieve digestive issues or before bed to soothe menstrual pain and promote relaxation.

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) for 30cl, steep in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 7 to 10 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or steeping for too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also steep 3g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Steep overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      To promote the healing of small wounds or soothe chapped skin and cracks, prepare a decoction (1 tablespoon of leaves for 500 ml of water) and apply it as a compress to the affected area.
