    • Preparation

      To prepare an infusion of dried orange zest, it is recommended to steep it in hot water at a temperature of about 95°C (just before boiling) for 8 to 10 minutes. This steeping time allows for the extraction of the tangy aromas, essential oils, and vitamin C from the zest, while maintaining a balanced flavor. You can adjust the duration according to your preferences, for a milder or more intense infusion.

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (about one teaspoon) for 30cl, steep in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 95°C for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or steeping for too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also steep 3g for 30cl of water at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it steep overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.
