    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) per 30cl, and infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3g per 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.
