    • Preparation

      To prepare an infusion of dried nettle, it is recommended to steep the leaves in hot water at a temperature of about 90°C (just before the water reaches its boiling point) for 5 to 10 minutes. This steeping time allows for the effective extraction of nettle's nutrients and active compounds, while avoiding making the infusion too bitter. You can adjust the steeping time according to your personal preferences to obtain a more or less pronounced flavor.

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (equivalent to one teaspoon) for 30cl, steep in pre-heated water (ideally filtered) at 90°C for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or steeping that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also steep 3g per 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it steep overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy it the next day.
