    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      For hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) per 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 6 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3g per 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      Honeybush infusion is similar to that of rooibos.
      Honeybush is low in calories and can be a healthy alternative to other sugary drinks throughout the day. Like rooibos, it contains neither caffeine nor theine, and will perfectly complement your evenings.
