    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (equivalent to 2 teaspoons) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 8 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3 to 4g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      > When to start drinking the Circulatory Herbal Tea?

      It is recommended to start drinking the Circulatory Herbal Tea at the first signs of circulatory disorders, such as heavy legs or venous pain. Drinking 2 to 3 cups a day provides continuous support for blood circulation and prevents discomfort associated with venous disorders.

There is no maximum duration of use, but you can space out the courses according to your needs and the evolution of your venous comfort.
