    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (equivalent to 2 teaspoons) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 7 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3 to 4g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Leave to infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      The first effects may be noticed after one month of daily consumption. It takes three months for the herbal tea to release all its properties.

      Consuming the same herbal tea for several months can become tiresome. To sometimes enhance our product, we advise you to try adapting it over time, according to your tastes, to vary the pleasures.
      For example, you can add a slice of lemon or a spoonful of honey to bring freshness or a sweet, always natural, touch.
