    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (equivalent to 2 teaspoons) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 7 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3 to 4g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Leave to infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      Our Feminine Balance product is one of those herbal teas that can be consumed all day long, from morning when you wake up until evening. At Ascenbio, however, we advise you to enjoy this infusion in the morning or in the afternoon, daily, a few days before the start of your cycle.
      Vary the pleasures to enjoy the softness of a "Feminine Balance" herbal tea.

      - Classic Infusion: Infuse one teaspoon of herbal tea in hot water (80-90°C) for 5 to 7 minutes. Enjoy it plain to fully appreciate the delicate flavors of each plant.

      - Add Lemon or Honey: For a touch of sweetness or a tangy note, add a dash of lemon juice or a spoon of honey. This also enhances the tea's digestive and soothing properties.

      - Infusion with Plant-Based Milk: For a softer, creamier version, infuse the herbal tea in hot water, then add a plant-based milk (such as almond or coconut milk). This blend is ideal for an evening drink, before bed.
