    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3 g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) for 30 cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 85°C for about 5 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Infuse 3 g for 30 cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      Organic lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia) can be used in many ways, to enjoy its benefits as an infusion or to fill your home with a sweet scent emanating from Provence.
