    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) per 30cl, and infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 5 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3g per 30cl of water at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      Wondering how to enjoy our Organic Christmas Chai Rooibos?

      If you like hot infusions, we recommend steeping a sachet or a scoop of our Organic Chai Rooibos blend as usual, and sweetening it with honey, if you wish.

      This blend is wonderful to enjoy in the evening, after dinner, or on a winter afternoon.

      In summer, we recommend choosing a cold infusion, and why not add a few pieces of orange for extra freshness!

      Unlike teas, rooibos contains neither theine nor caffeine. This makes it a drink that can be enjoyed at any time, even in the evening.

      To take the experience further, don't hesitate to mix a dash of warm milk with the organic chai rooibos! Are you lactose intolerant? Then opt for almond milk or oat milk, which is easier to digest and just as delicious.
