    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3 g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) for 30 cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 5 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3 g for 30 cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      Rooibos has the advantage of being a plant with a very mild aroma and woody notes of hazelnut and chestnut. The taste of this red tea makes it a product that is easy for everyone to consume and that pairs well with many ingredients.

      Rooibos pairs perfectly with vanilla for a unique gourmet treat. If you want a fresher and more invigorating version, you can add a few mint leaves to your infusion and let it cool in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

      For a more exotic recipe, mix your iced original rooibos drink with pieces of mango, pineapple, or citrus fruits such as lemon and orange.

      > When to enjoy rooibos?

      Thanks to its lack of theine, organic original rooibos can be drunk at any time, from morning to evening. If you want to enjoy it in the morning, we recommend drinking it plain or with a few mint leaves.
      In the afternoon, rooibos pairs perfectly with vanilla, chocolate, or lemon flavors.
