    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (about one teaspoon) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for about 4 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3g for 30cl of water at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.
