    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) per 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for approximately 4 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3g per 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      Organic Darjeeling black tea is produced in the mountains of India, from which it takes its name. Darjeeling black tea plantations are thus exposed to a controlled climate and an ideal temperature, allowing all the flavors of this product to develop.

      For a unique tasting experience, we advise you to follow the preparation steps and create a warm atmosphere, similar to teatime. Small cakes, scones, jams – nothing beats this moment of relaxation, ingrained in the daily lives of the English.
