    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 95°C for about 7 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

    • Information & Suggestions

      Lemon verbena has citrus aromas, particularly lemon, as well as light menthol notes that will perfectly accompany your breaks throughout the day. You can also drink your verbena after each meal to help you digest with ease.
