Ces énergies marines renouvelables font partie des solutions à la question du réchauffement climatique et de la transition énergétique. **De par la richesse du milieu marin, les énergies marines renouvelables sont variées :** énergie hydrolienne, énergie des vagues, énergie marémotrice, énergie thermique des mers et éolien en mer (posé ou flottant). La France, avec ses 11 millions de kilomètres carrés de zone économique exclusive et ses 3 façades maritimes, dispose de ressources considérables pour développer les EMR.     Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      Raspberry leaves can be prepared in various forms of infusions. Herbal tea or cold maceration, it's up to you to choose how to enjoy this product.

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 2g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 80°C for approximately 5 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 2g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy it the next day.

      Raspberry leaf is a medicinal plant with many health benefits for women. Its herbal tea is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and can be consumed during pregnancy (from the 9th month), postpartum, and throughout the menstrual cycle.

      Raspberry leaf tea consumption is recommended in moderation to enjoy all the benefits of the infusion.

      Feel free to add a little honey to sweeten the taste of the preparation if necessary!
