    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      You can prepare your drink as usual and add ice cubes before serving:

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3g (about one teaspoon) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 90°C for about 5 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Infuse 3g for 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.


      Our tip is to prepare 1L of your infusion in advance so you never run out and to ensure your daily water intake! It is recommended for your health to drink at least 2L per day regularly.
