    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      You can prepare your drink as usual and add ice cubes before serving:

      For a hot infusion,

      • Use 4g (the equivalent of 2 teaspoons) for 30cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) pre-heated to 90°C for approximately 8 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 4g per 30cl of room temperature water for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.

      Our tip is to prepare 1L of your infusion in advance so you never run out and to ensure your daily water intake! It is recommended for your health to drink at least 2L per day regularly.
