    Tasting notes and information

    • Preparation

      You can prepare your drink as usual and add ice cubes before serving:

      For a hot infusion,

      • Take 3 g (the equivalent of one teaspoon) for 30 cl, infuse in water (ideally filtered) preheated to 75°C for approximately 8 minutes.
      • Water that is too hot or an infusion that is too long can significantly alter the original taste of your drink.

      For a cold infusion,

      • Also infuse 3 g for 30 cl of water at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes, or
      • Let it infuse overnight in your refrigerator to enjoy the next day.
